Contest Official Entry Form.

Your donation to the Fox Tango Club is $10 FOR THE FIRST Ticket and $5 for every ticket there after. Your chances go up as the average donation for a ticket cost goes down.  Thus two tickets average out to be $7.50 each at three tickets your average would be $6.66 a ticket. Not bad really. Enter as many times as you like, no limitations.

1st ticket = $10 (PLEASE NOTE THIS)
2nd add $ 5 = total $15
3rd add $ 5 = total $20
4th add $5 = total 25 and so on....

The Contest runs from 12:00 a.m. ET, December 1st, 2005 through 11:59 p.m. ET, February  28th, 2006.  The winner will be announced on all of the Fox Tango Yahoo Groups Forums as well as the club official web site http://www.foxtango.org

If making a donation to the club by Pay Pal your pay pal receipt  will be considered your official entry.

 You will receive a confirmation Email from the club with your entry number and a ticket with your number will be Emailed back to you.
